Who Does the App Benefit?
If immigrants lost their lifetime vaccination records, they'll end up having to get another vaccine or may have a hard time finding vaccination availability at a travel vaccine clinic.
Immigrants and their loved ones could end up with postponed travel plans due to vaccine schedules. The app helps prevent this outcome by providing access to lifetime vaccine records and clinic availability.

“CDC does not keep vaccination records or determine how vaccination records are used. Be sure to keep a copy with your home records and place all your supporting documentation in a safe place where you can find it.”
Kimy
Occupation: Civil Servant
“I have an upcoming plan for family travel and my daughter needs vaccines in order to travel outside of the United States. I called up the CDC Information Contact Center. However, nobody answered my questions, nor did the CDC website provide the answers. I feel frustrated and lost."
Marco
Occupation: School Admission @SVA
“Unfortunately, no national organization maintains this information. So, if immunization records are lost or not available, you or your child may have to repeat vaccine doses. Piecing together old immunization information can be difficult and time-consuming.“
