Bebe Tresor is a Desktop based application prototype designed for parents who want to buy Luxury Babies collection. It's online premium for parents who want to save their times and get stylish kids clothing and home collections. Bebe Tresor looks easy, appealing, and bubbly.

Target and Challenge
The main goal for this tool was to provide an uncluttered environment to monitor the logs coming from multiple devices.
Target: Parents who need special collections for their kids.
Our selection ranges from the most prestigious designers - such as Burberry, Dior, Gucci, Fendi and Roberto Cavalli - to small, up-and-coming brands. Our buying team have over 20years combined experience in childrenswear, and they are renowned for their mastery in selecting the very best products and brands. Every season, they travel the world to make sure we have the very best available.
Challenge: We love to hear from customers! They come from all over the world - over 160 countries in fact - so we always use the most reliable delivery couriers to ensure all orders arrive safely and as quickly as possible to satisfy their needs from global collections.

Initially, it was hard to focus on a particular brand for babies, because as new lines come up, customers kept asking for new features and brand options for their baby's specific customized condition. This passion has grown with us, from selling beautiful handmade dresses and boys' suits from our shop in the heart of Royal Family. Ralph Montemurro , Designer
Monte Design’s furniture is crafted to start in the kids room but live beyond it, becoming a lasting part of the home. Ralph Montemurro started the company in 2005 after deciding there was a need for modern, functional nursery furniture. A lover of travel and a father of four, Montemurro has named a piece after each of his children. He comes from a large Italian family that believes food and fun are of the utmost importance.

Outcomes and Achievements
The UX study, Brand Identity, Website redesign, Terminology, variety of workflows were released in the incredibly short time span of just one month. Thanks to the research for SWOT analysis, usability goals, AB Testing and reviews, we were able to validate the UX Flows every release cycle with lots of feedback.
Built to validate a customer idea and feedback, the prototype eventually helped the parents' premium shopping experience and saved for their searching items for home collections.

Responsibilities
International communication to track the newest collection for baby and limited item quantity and different time zones was not easy.
We need to develop a task analysis and create customer engagement experience.
I conducted usability testing with kids e-commerce industry professionals to get user feedback and usability testing.
